Of course what Blue didn't probably expect that Bubble attacks all foes, regardless. With Absorb stunning the first one, the bubbles knocked the monkey down, hard afterwards.

"Just to get a... somewhat even split." Blue shrugged. "Oddish, attack the Caterpie! Mankey, Scratch the Weedle! Nidoran, Peck the Beedrill! Squirtle, dowse them with Bubble!"



With quick nods, all of them ran to attack their respective enemies, or, in Squirtle's case, hanging back to bombard the enemy.

"Right; I think that should do it, for one night. I mean, it's been 3 rounds, so the plot's gonna catapult me to bed, anyway." With that, Blue recalled his Pokémon, and began heading back into town.

A certain talking cat sat on a rock, with a cast and crutch in his arm, and an ice pack bandaged to his head. "'Least dhem bees sent us near our hideout. Too bad we pick a rent with rocky landing pads."

Their hideout was just nothing but a small cave, keeping some of their gear, including their laptop.

"...goddamn Pikachu..." Jessie murmured, as she had a cast around her leg, whilst she angrily ate from a box of crackers. "...how'd it purify the Beedrills, anyway... makes no sense... *grumble murmur*"



"At least we got out of it in..." James winced, one of his eyes having a bandage over it. "...relatively good shape."



As they had been in their Poké Balls when they were launched off, right now, the two Poison Pokémon were simply sleeping in a corner.

"Yeah, well at least we got one part of our mission down as successful. Da mid-boss wanted to know if dat Pikachu with da weird power exists, and it does." Groaning, nervously, he dropped to his rear. "Too bad he ain't gonna like it can wash away Shadow energy like soap 'n water."

Still angrily eating crackers, Jessie fumed. "...we'll just have to find a way to make sure it can't use that power, before we capture it."



"How are we going to do that?" James sighed. "There's no way that the boss is ever going to let us have enough funds to try and develop a way to neutralize just one Pokémon."



"Well, there has to be a way, because that Pikachu-" Jessie began, when she suddenly ripped the bandage off James' eye. "And will you get rid of that?!"



"But it hurts, Jessie!" What James had been covering was a simple black eye.



"It should, because I gave you that for landing on top of my leg!" Jessie growled, before she began eating crackers even more angrily.
