The fierce charge knocked Pikachu hard and fast to the ground. HP: 21/29  "Pikachu!!!" gritting, oblivious to Flannery, he can see Pikachu can't summon that light, willingly. He didn't know how he did it last time, but now wasn't the time to figure it out. "Pikachu, Thunder Wave!!!" "Chu!!" Leaping to his feet, "CHUUUUU!!!" He blasted an electric pulse at Jigglypuff.
