Bubble: After attack with this Water/Sp Attack, roll a 10-sided dice. If 3 or lower, the foe loses 1 Speed. Quickly, the little one blew bubbles right at Rattata. With that, Blue stood up and stretched out, before he began walking north, out of the route. And Ash is gonna have to wait three days to even get a Pokémon. Hah! I'll become the master before he can even get his Pokémon! |

Okay... letting the currents push him through the waters, Pikachu tried as much as he could to stay under water.
