"Use Bubblebeam!" Bubblebeam: Adds 2 to Sp Power this turn. After that, roll a 10-sided dice. If 3 or lower, lower foe's speed by 5% if hit. Nodding, Squirtle inhaled... It's not very Effective!

Once again, the bubbles slammed right onto the seashell. Though it made it feel sluggish, speed was never its forte to begin with. Though Supersonic didn't seem to effect the turtle, it somewhat slows it down a bit. "Supersonic!!!" Opening its shell, it unleashed a sound wave at Squirtle to mess with her senses. (It'll take too long, so...) BAM!!! A harsh blast that was, knocking the water-wind out of the shellfish Pokemon.
It's...totally not effective...but it was a Critical Hit!!!!
