 While she'd have commented on that, the food seemed to call to her. "Let's dig in!" And White immediately began tearing into her food.  "...um..." Before Bianca began eating her salad, she glanced at Cilan. "...what's with the mark on the menu?" she inquired. |

Just like the food quickly called Black, he ate quickly too. "Mm! This is great!" "Hm?" He looked at Bianca. "Oh, that. It's the logo of Unova's Pokemon League. It's a sign that those who bare it are a part of the league, you'd find it on gyms." "!" He blinked, pulling away from his sandwhich with a stuffed mouth. "Own Myms?!" |

White seemed surprised as well; though that didn't stop her from continuing to tear into her meat. "Sho fsh sh a Pkmn Mym?!" she sputtered. "...a Gym, huh..." Bianca uttered. "...then... would that make you...?"  "...hooo...?" Iris hummed, as she looked at Cilan in intrigue. |

He chuckled a bit. "Well, you're close, miss Bianca. But I'm not the only one..." He looked over his shoulder at two other waiters.   Who have just stepped up. "This cafe also doubles as the Striaton Gym, and we are it's Gym Leaders." "?!" He grunted, coughing on his food in shock. |

White, too, seemed to be choking on her own food; though that had more to do with her still mauling her meal like it was the last she'd ever get than with the surprising announcement of the three waiters being the Gym Leaders. "...so... we need to fight you to get a badge...?" Bianca uttered. "...but... there's three of you. Do you each give out a different badge?" "...not likely; the gyms only give out one badge per gym." Iris shrugged. "That's how it goes." |

"She's right!" The fiery brother cut in. "Our gym only gives out one badge..." "And that badge..." Added the serene brother. "Is the Trio Badge." "Indeed." Smiled the final mellow brother. "So, I can assume you each want a match?" He was still coughing a bit, grasping for the water next to him, he chugged it down. They all sweatdropped, thinking perhaps they should have waited until after they ate to break the news. |

"Let me explain, since my brother had to explain everything so far." He smiled. "A Trio Battle is when 1, 2, or even 3 Pokemon Trainers on each side wish to battle using Three Pokemon at once. During battle, they may command one Pokemon, while the other two they chose must stand by and watch. But they may switch to another Pokemon on the spot. This also lets all three Pokemon work as a team." He pointed. "In our case, we would also be switching trainers, since it is three on three. Correct?" He nodded. "Yeah, me, White and Bianca." He looked over. "Right?" |

Like the games should have doooone "Great. We'll give you guys a few moments to decide your team before we begin. Let us know when you're ready." He said, and walked off with his bros. He came closer to the girls. "Alright. So we just gotta pick the best Pokemon of each group and put them in the team." He thought. 'Lillipup still needs training, and Rufflet's good, but I'm not used to using him yet. So that just leaves Oshawott.' |
