Glaring at Misty, he marched over to the corner Green headed for.
Those who are not water or flying Pokemon, or at least don't have levitate have to use the platforms. The small platform surrounding the larger one has little room to move in. You lose -8 Speed. The middle one, you lose -3 Speed. To move to one platform, you have to waste a turn without attacking.
Water and Flying Pokemon can move freely. Water Pokemon raises their water attacks and Speed by 5. If effected by a status effect caused by grass, you can waste a turn using the water to wash it off.
Also, Ground attack do not work here.
Also, electric attacks raises by 10 against those in the water.
