 Sitting near a log was the young trainer, looking through his Pokedex...  As the baby Shinx ran through the grass a few feet away, looking very chipper. Shinx Lv. 3 Power: 5 Speed: 5 Defense: 4 Sp Power: 3 Sp Defense: 3 HP: 14 Skill: Rivalry Moves: Tackle "Shinx...the Flash Pokemon..." He skimmed through the entry of his dex. Then smile. "Huh, it's an Electric Type. Lucky me!" Even though it was at a low level, having an electric type could be useful. |

 "...so now we both have an Electric-type." Bianca hummed with a smile, as she looked down at Shinx.  Emolga fluttered around Shinx out of curiosity. |

 Wild Pokemon Encounter!!!
Practically dangerous, especially when near the water, for one of the bullies of the dead lurk there. Yes, little Shinx would be forced to stop when a red shelled creature stood in its way, snipping its pincers before its face in a threatening manner. It was as if it was forcing the Shinx its lunch money, if this was school, but no, it was just looking for a fight.

If the user or the foe is genderless, the move's base power is unaffected. |
