Great, scratch is totally useless and has been weaken, doubt lick would do any good with it being a ghost attack and that mutt a dark-type... why use would roar be? There's that fourth attack.... whatever that is. "Teddiursa, use.... your last attack!" Getting up, the bear ran for the dog and held up for a Seismic Toss! Seismic Toss:Attack with power, and the damage is based on the level of the user.
