Route 28 - A Different Route

"Woooo~!" it sang, feeling completely safe in the water. No trainer, it met, had any way of getting it from here.

She tried to swim at it, but growled a bit at that singing...oh wait! '...what am I doing?' She realized, as she pulled out another Pokeball and sent out...

Her own water type!

She pointed out. "BWABL...!" But rule 1 of swimming underwater states to never open your mouth while you're under, as Ann learned the hard way. So she rushed up to the top for air.

Meanwhile, the aquatic type just sweatdropped at that. But he understood the order (sort of) and used bubbles on the Wooper.

(+25% stats in water, for water Pokemon, except both defenses)

"Woo?!" Barely spotting the tadpole, Wooper circled around the bubbles. This was new for it, but seeing as it's not going to escape, it fired a stream of water from its mouth....in the water....somehow...

Meanwhile, the grass type looked at the water curiously. Worried for her trainer.

But the red head burst out of the water, taking a deep breath.

"!" Surprising the grass type into hiding behind a tree.

She grabbed ahold of the ground from the water and coughed a bit. "...ok...even I'll admit...that was stupid..."

And suddenly, a yellow beam shot into the water, enveloping the Wooper. The beam reeled back into the air.

The water type cheered underwater and rushed back to the top.

Where the girl was sitting, looking over her soaked clothes. "Aaah great...I should've thought that through..." At least she was smart enough to toss her bag aside before she jumped in, saving her equipment from the same fate.

The grass type looked over. "Pet..."

So did the water type. "?"

She looked over. "Hm? Oh, you won? Good job!" She smiled and got up. "Well, I gotta change, let's take a bit of a break." She took some spare clothes from her bag and rushed off somewhere. "Wait here, ok?"

They both nodded and waited.

"<...so, what do you think of her?>"

"<She's kind of scary...but she has some nice snacks!>"

"<Really?>"

"<Yeah! Over here!>" She took him to the bag, and showed off Ann's snacks.

Wild Pokemon Encounter!!!

Gee, that weird place, riding in those tubes, treat you up pretty good and fast. It was almost like you never in that place; like it was all a dream. But she was back in his turf, ready to search for that annoying trainer and eat his Spearow. Boy, she felt stronger than ever. No way that stupid zebra will stand a chance.

But dammit, he was no where in the same place she last found him. But there was another trainer with two Pokemon that was not part of her diet. But oh well...killing them to make herself stronger was all and good.

So, she hid in the grass, silently, like an assisian.

The two didn't notice the snake at all, and just enjoyed feasting on treats.

While their trainer finished changing from behind a few trees, a good few paces away from them. Luckily, there weren't any other trainers, so she made that quick. "Ok, back to the grind..." She started walking back.

"KAAAAAAAHH!!!" And suddenly, the snake sprung up, making a frightening glare at the Pokemon.

(Scary Face: -25% on Speed.)

"<AHHHHH!>"

"!" She gasped at that cry, and rushed over.

The two huddled to each other, and shook at the snake.

All too easy. The plant shall be the first to go, it decided, as it shot to it, and aimed to coil around it and squeeze the life out of it.

(Bind/Wrap: After the attack, user rolls a 4-sided dice. That's how many turns to target is binded. While binded, the trainer of the target cannot switch that Pokemon, and that Pokemon cannot use Speed stats and Power attacks. The user of this attack cannot use any offensive Sp Attacks against the binded Pokemon. And each end of the target's turn, they lose 1/8 HP by the user's Power.)

She ran up and gasped. "HEY!" She growled. "Let her go!" She looked over. "Poliwag, save her!"
