This Pokémon has electricity-storing pouches on its cheeks. These appear to become electrically charged during the night while Pikachu sleeps. He said before moving his free hand to select a Pokemon... looking at that Pikachu tells him it looks strong... he might have to use a strong Pokemon too or... |
