Route 1 - The Beginning...Again

Route 1...did you expect a flashy intro this time?

A young girl walked down the path with her hands behind her head. Despite her sly move, she was still steamed about the situation she was in. She lost her entire team to an accident and has to climb back from square 1 again. Ironically in Route 1. "Bah, this sucks..." She held up the Pokeball the good prof gave her. 'Might as well see what this thing's got. I'd love to use the other Pokemon, but I'm not THAT far from the lab. Next route, maybe...' She tossed it out, and unleashed...

The cute little grass type, who looked around the area curiously.

"...geez it's so girly..." She grumbled, and took out the Pokedex. "Ah well...maybe it'll have really good stats?"

"....ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" She gagged out at the stats.

Which made the little grass type jump and flee behind a tree.

"The hell is this?! ARGH! This is worse than I thought! I should have just went to the slammer..." She growled, but blinked a bit. "...where'd you go?" She looked around.

And she poked her head out, blinking at the crazy girl.

"..." She took a sigh. "And she's shy too. Lovely..." She rubbed her head a bit. "...well, whatever. I'll just whip you into shape!" She pointed. "You hear me, Petilil!?"

"!" She jumped at that, and ran off.

"....WAIT UP!" She shouted again, and chased her into the grass. Thus starting the odd duo's journey into the unknown!

Wild Pokemon Encounter!!!

As she chased the frightened plant, Ann would be unaware of a little rodent chasing her. Seeing the behavior of this girl, it deemed her well....uh....stupid. And easy enough to latch onto her bag and take whatever food she has hiding in there.

Lv. 3 Rattata is trying to steal your food.

"Oooh I've got you now...wait, huh?" She kept going, then stopped and noticed the rat trying to dig into her bag. "...!" She shook it hard. "WAUGH! Get away!" Suddenly, the bag opened up wide, and indeed several things flew out. Including the hidden Pokeball. "Ah!"

She stopped and looked behind her. "?"

But that didn't matter, for all it came for was the food. With a beaming look, the rat zipped over to the fallen junk to find any food.

There was indeed some food...a few packs of sweets! Some of Ann's favorites in fact. Donut holes, Gummi Bears, Snickerdoodles...and a Ragecandybar.

"HEY!" She roared. "Don't you DARE touch any of that!" She pointed.

"?" She eyed the two.

"Hey, uh, Petilil?" She looked over. "Help me out here and uh...half of it's yours!"

She just blinked again, but nodded and rushed over. "Pet!"

"Uuuh, lesse..." She looked over the dex. "Use Absorb!"

She glowed green, and energy fired out at the rat.

Growling, spotting the culprit, it charged at the plant with a Tackle attack.

"Aw, come on. It's just a weak tackle...oh wait, you're weak too...." She sweatdropped and sighed. "I'm never gonna get used to this...err, Absorb again...I guess..."

She attacked once more.

"TAAAAA--!!" That last one really got to its energy; sucking it dry. Wilting, the rat fainted...before a yellow beam, from the sky, enveloped it and took it away.

She took a sigh as her energy returned.

"Heh, not bad..." She smiled. "Maybe there's hope for you yet..." She picked up her things.

She looked up at her as she took the sweets.

"....oooh..." She looked and held out one. "Well, I did say you could have some. Here."

She nodded and took the cookie, eating a bit.

She smiled a bit and got up after taking everything. "Alright...how about one more fight before moving onto town? I need to stock up on stuff."

She nodded and walked along with her.

Wild Pokemon Encounter!!!

Down the grassy plains, they would walk by a pond, and by the pond would be a lone round creature that was bouncing toward the pond. For a aquatic Pokemon, it didn't seem to have any reason to be out of the water. Who knows, but it was out there for grabs.

Lv 4 Poliwag has been spotted.

"A Polywag, huh?" She scanned it with her Pokedex. "Oooh, a Water-type. Right up our alley!" She said. "And considering I lost my only transportation, I could use an alternative..." She smirked. "Go in, Petilil!"

She nodded and rushed out, using Absorb on the Water-type.
