She quickly used it on her Psyduck...



"P-Psy...?" He groaned.



Recalling Psyduck, she chased after Red...



...with her following.

"Oh, its something I was born with." Yellow shrugged, looking down at Sparky. "Guess you aren't from the Viridian Forest, huh?"


"<Well I would have recognized him if he was.>" All the pokemon at the forest know about how mystic it was, people born there often got powers.

Behind a large rock, was where Ash hid behind...

Until he leaped out with nothing but swimming trunks on.

It was pretty simple to figure out his plan....but at this late at night? Even though it's summer, still...

"Come on out!!" he excitedly cried, tossing out all his poke-balls.

Ball popped with exploding lights, shooting out beams that formed into various Pokemon, on the beach.

She was confused before noticing what Ash has got. "You've caught a Poliwag?!"



It sat on top of Charmeleon's head, cocking it's head.

Oh boy, this was expected. Lets hope this won't end with another tussle between the two of them.

"Well yeah..." he said in a 'duh' tone. Looking at his Pokemon...

Only Poliwag and Sewaddle quickly leaped onto the sweeping waters, playfully hopping around.

The fliers just flew over it, hesitant on even touching the waters. After all, they have no arms to swim with. Charmeleon just stayed far from the waters...and rightfully so.

".....uh..." He really didn't thought of what Pokemon would take the waters, easily, obviously. Now that he did, he recalled the fliers before fiddling with his Pokedex.

"Hmm..." She threw five Pokeballs to the beach...

(POP! POP! POP! POP! POP!)



...for five Pokemon to appear in the water...



She quickly joined them.



"I'll get myself ready..." She said, grabbing the bag. "Maybe you can look up Tympole's data... I just caught it before she turned up..."

And quickly headed behind a rock...

Yellow tossed two pokeballs,


Letting the two water-pokemon take a dip.

"Oh wow!" he awed at the tadpole that reminded him of Poliwag.

Even said Poliwag was impressed, as he went over to greet the Tympole.

Quickly, he scanned the tadpole.

Tympole, the pre-evolved form of Palpitoad. Tympole emits rhythmic subsonic sound waves by vibrating its cheeks. These waves can be used to communicate.


"Guh?! Y-You mean....this will become Palpitoad?!" That Pokemon was tough enough, and even electricity couldn't hurt it.

Shaking his head, he swapped his two fliers for two other that he, right now, released from their poke-balls...

Jigglypuff, and Krabby. Said crab quickly hurried over to the waters, while the little puff danced with joy.

"Palpitoad, huh...?" Misty said from behind the rocks. "Didn't expect that!"

And she soon stepped out from behind the rocks...



"Right... so, how does this help our Pokemon to be stronger...?"



They continued to have their fun...



...while she played throwing to keep the idiot duck out of the water. "Psy... Psy... Psy... Psy..."

"We're going swimming?" He smiled and pulled his clothes off quick WOOO showing trunks underneath. He didn't need no rock! "Come on out, guys!"

And out came the rest of the group...

Followed by Oshawott, who jumped in the water. "OSH!"

The two ran in too, looking happy.

Rufflet flew off, looking for adventure of his own.

And Pansear...took a nap in the sand. No water for him.

He laughed, but stopped. "!" He held his head a bit, looking in a certain direction. "...what the?"

"...what is it?" Bianca hummed, as she tossed out some Poké Balls as well...



...letting out her entire team. Only Patrat, Sewaddle and Slowpoke went to swim in the waters, though; Emolga simply prodded the water with her hands, Pidove wouldn't be able to swim, and from the looks of it, Purrloin didn't like water.



With a hum, Ritchie tossed out his own Poké Balls...



...which released his own team... which was entirely hesitant in swimming altogether.



"...huh; guess that's not appropriate." Ritchie chuckled sheepishly.



With a light chuckle, Sparky shook his head.

Blinking at Misty...he shook his head. He just...well, he had no idea why he paused at Misty's new attire. All she did was take off her shorts. She always wore her swimsuit.

Pointing at the long beach that stretched far, "We're gonna swim as far as we go! So let's goooo!!!"

With such excitement, Ash swam ahead along the shore, trying to keep himself from getting pushed to shore by the waves.

His two water Pokemon jetted beside him, being naturally adapted to the water.

Sewaddle desperately waddled like a fish, trying to keep up, while Jigglypuff had it worse. Being like a balloon, she was easily carried to shore by the waves. So she had to bounce.

While Pikachu just relaxed on a small surfboard, as it sailed behind the crew.


"Char...." he growled, fuming they had to do some water training. <"This sucks..."> he growled to Zippo.

With a hum, Zippo glanced back at Charmeleon. "<I don't know... this could be good for us. If we can shrug off water, we could be really strong when we evolve again.>"



The four of them simply floated around aimlessly...



...while Sparky decided to try swimming after the group.



The same went for Patrat, Sewaddle and Slowpoke; following the group at their own pace.



With a snobbish purr, Purrloin sauntered over to Charmeleon and Zippo; figuring that the two fire lizards would share her view on things. "<Dreadful business with that water, wouldn't you say?>"



And the two of them, like most of Ritchie's Pokémon, were left to float about aimlessly.



"...I don't think this sort of training will help all of our Pokémon, though..."



"...true enough." Ritchie noted sheepishly.

"All right..." She hopped into the beach and started swimming. "Let's go, you guys!!"



They quickly followed, swimming as hard as they can...

....except for one...



"PsyPsyPsyPsyPsy!!!" Splashing about in the water, comically...



It sat between the two Charmeleons, looking amused. "<How is this part of training...?>"
