Pikachu

Pikachu, the Mouse Pokémon. It can generate electric attacks from the electric pouches located in both of its cheeks. Pikachu's tail is sometimes struck by lightning as it raises it to check its surroundings. Pikachu can help other Pikachu who are feeling weak by sharing its electric current. When several of these Pokémon gather, their electricity could build and cause lightning storms.

Pichu, the Tiny Mouse Pokémon. A pre-evolved form of Pikachu. Despite their size, Pichu release bursts of electricity that can shock even humans. However, Pichu are unskilled at controlling their electricity, and sometimes release it by accident when surprised, or when laughing and shock themselves.

So with a big grin on his face, he was out of the building faster than one of the Pikachu's electric bolts.

Folks, in the streets, leaped away from the thieving rodents like a plague. Being as the Pikachu are highly known to conduct powerful electricity, the citizens did not want to risk that.
