She tends to underestimate young Pokemon trainers, thinking they're pushovers and highly confident she would easily beat them.
Personality:
Outside, she takes on a intellegent, calm exterior. She rarely loses her temper unless something doesn't go her way. When it comes to Pokemon Battles, she gets excited and overconfident, thinking that her Pokemon can overcome the weak. If anyone she believes is weak beats her fairly, she will be willing to retract everything she had said about him/her and respect their power. She doesn't like running away like a coward unless she needs to.

As it once said, there are many misguided reasons why those in Team Rocket joined such a cruel orginization such as Team Rocket itself. Problem is, Ariana didn't had a misguided reason to join. She just joined out of boredom.
She trained very hard with her Pokemon and is now in the ranks of high exclusive as Archer is... except, second-in-command... maybe... She is working alongside Archer on the Shadow project, however she's stationed in Kanto... mainly because there will be certain members testing the Shadow project on wild Pokemon... like three idiots she hates...
