"Hm?" taking out his poke-dex, he looked up Pikachu's data among the list that barely had anything listed.

Volt Tackle: This Power/Electric move adds 20 to Power this turn. The user takes half the damage afterwards. Volt Tackle can only be learn by a breeded Pikachu that was breeded by a Pikachu/Raichu couple that holds a Light Ball.


"Whoa!!" he gasped in awe. "That is one powerful attack!....But...Pikachu doesn't know it." Instead he got...something else...

"That is too bad... Although it's a double-edged sword, Volt Tackle can be a powerful move if used correctly..." He said. "Along with Thunderbolt, many consider Volt Tackle and the signature move of the Pikachu family..."

He looked at Red. "So, Pokedex holder, are you planning to take the ultimate Pokemon Trainer challenge?"

"As in the badges?" grinning, he pumped his fists. "You bet!!"

At that point, Ritchie caught up with Red, wiping his brow. "Have you caught any Pokémon, yet?"

"Then, you should know a few things..." He said, recalling Paras before holding out another Poke Ball. "I can tell you about the first Gym if you win against this next Pokemon!"

"Uhhhh...." not wanting to tell Ritchie had had none, he quickly turned his attention to Samurai. "I already know about the gym leader, but bring it on!!" He grinned.

He nodded, tossing the Poke Ball to the ground. "Go, Pinsir!!!"

He roared, snapping it's huge claws as he glared at Red.



"Will you be using Pikachu or switching out for another Pokemon?"

"Whoa!!" he gasped, stepping back. Quickly, he looked at his Pokedex. "What is that?!"

"That is one fierce looking Pokemon." he noted, smirking at the thought of the stupid red-haired girl seeing this thing. "Okay Pi-"

"Pigeo!!!" suddenly, Pidgeotto fluttered by Ash, "Geo Geo!!"

"Hm? You wanna battle?"

She nodded.

"Alright!!" he smirked, "Go get him!!"

<Awwww!!> he whined, wondering why the early bird get to fight the big mutant bug while he was stuck with pixie bugs.
