A member of Team Rocket and a Gym Leader who uses Fire-type Pokemon. Blaine needed the money to fund his Gym and foolishly joined Team Rocket as a scientist...
Forgetting his morals, he did many experiments... an Eevee with changing abilities, a strange new Pokemon that has never existed until now...
But, as time grew on, Blaine soon realised the mistakes he has caused... and to his horror, knew that he done something that no human should do... play as God.
Knowing full well what he has done, Blaine decided to release his Pokemon into the wilderness... but, to his shock, surprise and delight... his Pokemon refused to leave him and to stay by his side...
With that, he secretly had his latest experiments escape to live their own lives without the Executives knowing... and desired to leave, but knowing that these Rockets will follow them and exterimate him and his Pokemon...
Then, one day... the Shadow Pokemon project happened and that was when Blaine decided to risk it all...
