Rather quiet, Janine has quite a serious silence about her; for she's all about business. In reality, she's not much of a sociable person; not know what to say. She's quite meek, though she hides it under her serious mask. If she would find a master, it would be as if she would be serious and meek at the same time.

Daughter of Koga, and new Gym Leader of Fuchsia City, Janine however leaves the gym frequently to perform various jobs/ simulations for anyone with the money to hire her. Her father, being both a ninja and a member of Team Rocket, had hoped to make her a member as well, both serving their master, Giovanni.
