Alexa is greatly tied to her love of music. Getting booed during a concerting or losing in a band contest does a heavy blow to her self-confidence, especially because she wants to live up to her father's reputation back in his rock star days. Her performance energy comes from her crowd- if they are still and quiet, so is she. But if they are cheering and dancing, you can guarantee that the show will be one you'll never forget. The same also applies to Pokemon battles, it's the energy of the battle and the crowds that give her the confidence she needs. She is also a terrible cook; so bad, her parents often joke that she can even burn water.

Personality:
Alexa's two greatest passions are music and Pokemon. Like her dad, she believes that Pokemon share the same love of music as humans do, and promotes the use of Pokemon in musical performances. She is fairly relaxed, but seems to become almost hyper when doing something that involves either of her great passions. When she's not performing or practicing, she's training her Pokemon or hanging around the hippest part of the town she's currently staying in.

History:
Alexa Mallows is the daughter of Jeff Mallows, lead singer of the now retired rock band ABSOLution. Originally called The Crimson Momento, the name was changed in honor of an event that would change the band forever. During a performance a few years after the band had been formed, an Absol that was wondering in the area was attracted by the dramatic melodies of the band. It wandered into the arena and onto the stage, where it began to sing a beautiful and haunted melody to a ballad the band was preforming. The band was a wild success that night, and the Absol had quickly become the first of many Pokemon that would join the band over the years.

When the band had retired a few years later, Jeff, his wife, and their now 2 year old daughter Alexa settled in Nacrene City. Like her father before her, Alexa grew a love of Pokemon and music, and too had dreams of being a famous rock star. While being trained to play several instruments, the guitar was her clear favorite, and she got her first electric guitar on her 14th birthday.

At the age of 16, Alexa decided it was time to finally go out and follow her dreams of becoming a great rock star. Before leaving her hometown, her parents gave her something to protect and accompany her on her journey- her Father's Absol, affectionately named Sirena. They also suggested to her her band's name- Sucker Punch, after the dark-type move.

During her travels, her music evolved with every new member of her band. She soon came across an Aipom who had a talent for banging on things. She affectionately took him in, named him Bang, training him to play the drums. Later on, she found a strong Phanpy she named Rodie, teaching it to play a trumpet.

Alexa now looks for her next big break...

Sand-attack- This non-damaging Sp Attack move lowers accuracy. The user's, and allies' Speed increases by 1, but only against the Pokemon that was struck with Sand-Attack.

Moveset:

Defense Curl- The user curls up to conceal weak spots and raise its Defense stat.
