Weaknesses:
He's almost impossible to find when you're looking for him, since he never stays in one place for very long. A bit too serious for his own good too, not terribly friendly when you first meet him. Also, strictly a dragon trainer, ice Pokemon can ruin his day.
Personality:
A very serious character, Drake isn't the type of person to be scared or surprised easily. He's very dedicated and bold, would brave any sea no matter what the dangers are. While he may seem unfriendly, Drake's caring deep down inside. He likes young trainers with a lot of potential and spirit, so he'll try his best to help them when he can.
Likes:
Dragon-Pokemon, Dragon clan culture, his ship, the sea, warm milk with a dash of pepperment...yeah he has some strange tastes in drinks.

Battle Frontier, Ninjas (lol), ice

History:
Not much is known about Drake, but he seems to carry a dark past. He appeared one day in the oceans of Hoenn on a rough stormy night, and saw an aristrocrat's ship caught in a whirlpool. It belonged to Steven Stone and his family, as they were on a vacation. Drake and his crew saved Steven's life from that day, thanks to his Dragon Pokemon. Impressed by his heroics, Steven asked for a battle and Drake accepted. Steven just barely took the victory, but he was even more impressed by his skill with Dragon Pokemon and offered him a possion as an Elite Four member. Drake accepted the offer, and they became good friends as well as allies. Drake currently travels around the world's oceans, training himself for battles against great trainers. He's seen in various ruins, villages, and even Charicific Valley once....

The most awesome Elite Four theme ever made...I think it's the only one for that matter.
