Overconfidence, underestimating someone, works his Pokémon to the extreme, gets angred easily when the environment of Pokémon is being harmed

Usually, he's cool and calculating... but, he's also cold towards many humans as he sees them hurting Pokémon through pollution. He can get angred easily when something terrible involves Pokémon and the environment and will use extreme lengths to fix it.

A Dragon Tamer from Blackthorn City, Lance grew up around Dragon-types and dragon-based Pokémon... learning the skills as a Dragon Tamer while harbouring hatred against the outside world as humans and their machines created pollution that either drove wild Pokémon from their homes, make them sick or kill them...
He journied to the Kanto region where he showed off his power as a Dragon Tamer, giving him a position as the leader of the Kanto Elite Four...
The other members of the Elite Four shares his views... well... two of them does... the third one is controlled. He is currently hiding his true plans from the outside world, hating Team Rocket every day while locating the one Pokemon that could realize his dreams...
