A bit too sure of his power, he'll underestimate almost anyone. Also, a bit over protective about his son. He'll not hesitate to help him when he needs it.
Personality:
Palmer is a very bright and passionate man, he loves seeing strong trainers in their prime duke it out with each other and would encourage trainers to go to their limits. Also has a bit of a serious side too, when he has to let it show. He can be a bit over the top at times, always in a rush to be somewhere. Has an odd fascination for tall buildings...

History:
Born and raised in Twinleaf, Palmer of course had a desire to get out there and be the best trainer he can be. So he attended the Sinnoh league and fought his hardest. Unfortunately, he came very short of beating the league. Despite that though, he gained a lot of attention as a trainer and started traveling the world as a pro. Years later, he moved back to Twinleaf and settled down with a family. That is until challenge called him back out, when Representatives from the Battle Frontier appeared at his door. They wanted to recruit him to help establish what they believe to be the next big wave of Pokemon battling. He was a bit torn at this, but with support from his family he decided to accept their invitation, and left Twinleaf once more. Now he is among the top of the Frontier Brains, and head of the Battle Tower. He still keeps in touch with his family from time to time though. Currently, he's heading the new Johto Frontier project.
