Behold, Battle Frontier, where trainers come to test their skills against the best, right in Battle Tower. They can also take on different challenges in different buildings that have their own unique rules to make Pokemon Battles challenging.
But here, in Johto, they are hosting a special tournament for beginner trainers up to two badges, for all open regions to come. Prizes are rewarded for first, second, and third.
3rd place: A item of your choosing
2nd place: A item and TM of your choosing.
1st place: All of the above, plus a Pokemon (Basic/Baby) of your chosing.
NOTE: Anyone who's not a member can, if you want, app a character, as if he already had one/two badges. That means they'll have Pokemon already, but no starters, legendaries, or psudo legends.
