...either she's just way too confident... or there must've been something else... Blue thought, before tossing out another Poké Ball...  ...letting out his Pidgey. If I can get a good Air Cutter in, that big guy should go down like a charm.

"Uh oh!!" she gulped, for that attack hits ALL targets. [dice=34] And Ludicolo can't move while in Double Team. So the sharp winds shred through the fakes, while sweeping through the real one. It's Super Effective!! Critical!!HP= KO!!!! The winds smashed the large Pokemon onto the side of the pool, where it then floated in the water, out-cold.

Oh well...it happens, and no one else saw it. As long as her sisters didn't find out, a battle was a battle. With a happy grin, she hurried around the pool to get to Gary. Forcing his hand, she planted a blue badge. "Well here you go. Good job!!" She also placed a small electronic box, "And also the TM, Water Pulse." |

"...thanks." Blue hummed with a small smirk. Well, however it happened, he did beat her; with Wartortle nearly clearing the entire gym on her own. That was a little something to feel smug about; especially given the type disadvantage. |
