As Hiori, he's a boy who dislikes battling, who's shy and is consider weak by others cause of lack of training his Lucario, but in truth...he's Pokémon 7, a theif who helps out others who steals items from others theives and return them. He pretends to be weak as Hiori so nobody can see them both as the same person, like Peter Parker and Spider-Man. Even if he breaks the rules, he has a sense of justice, and a strong love for his family, though the only one he has left is his sister. Even though Rock is his rival, he doesn't take it serious and considers him a good friend, though wishes he doesn't has such a crush on his sister.

Hiori and Lucario been together since the little Pokémon was a Riolu, and Hiori had a twin sister. But one day, she vanished in a game of hide-n-seek, Hiori never forgot about this.
Years later, Hiori became the theif Pokémon 7, and he and his Lucario seek out justice with theiving other theives. In the day, Hiori works at a friend's of his bakery, the 'Sun Sun' bakery, and he tries his best to make sure people don't know his secret identity.
During his reputation, he managed to get a rival called Rock, and he even learned his sister is in Team Galactic. Rock aided him, and they saved Lily, and with her knowledge, they fought off the secret commander, Io who sought out to send the world into an eternal sleep wiht Darkrai. With Io defeated, the three theives left, to continue their stealing.
