After that fight with the bikers and the run-in with that girl with the Ivysaur, Blue really hadn't gotten in that much training before he called it a night... ...so today, he'd have to take advantage of some more training before he headed off for the Frontier. "Oddish, use Sweet Scent!"  With a compliant nod, his Oddish unleashed a cloud of pheremones in the air, to lure Pokémon to them. Following the delectible scent, two catapillars shot out of the hedges, while a bulb flutter over the trees like a copter. How disappointed they were when they saw that it was a trap.

 "Alright!" Tossing out two Poké Balls...   ...Mankey and Geodude were unleashed. "Oddish, Geodude, focus on the Caterpies! Mankey, Low Kick the Sunkern!" I don't need to bother catching them; I already have Caterpie, and I could come back to catch Sunkern any time. Lv: 11 HP: 29 Power: 9 Speed: 14 Defense: 14 Sp Attack: 18 Sp Defense: 14 "DISH!" The weaker Caterpie and even the stronger one all fell to the solid ram of Geodude, and the burning gunk that covered the bug. They quickly were ported away by two beam from the sky.

  Wild Pokemon Encounter!!!Shooting out of the same bushes as the other two were two more bugs, only one of them was yellow and had a pincer on its head. That would be a Weedle. They excitedly hurried over to the source, only to discover with fright that it was a trap.

Even against a low roll The Caterpie fell with just one little scratch upon its face, allowing the satellites to port it away. [dice=7] But being a poison type, it didn't do much to the yellow bug...though it did stunned it for the moment. HP= 7/14 Abra Lv.14 Power: 5 Speed: 12 Defense: 7 Sp Power: 16 Sp Defense: 14 HP: 19 [dice=7] A large rock to the face pinned it hard to the ground before it even thought about teleporting away. HP= 4/19

BAM!! And just like that, the bug was flattened. But don't worry kids, for the nice yellow beam will take it to be healed. Meanwhile, the moment Abra squeezed out of the rock, the poke-ball bounced off its head and drew it inside.
