Rather assertive and scoldful when she wants to be, can get her in a lot of trouble...especially when she has no Pokemon to protect herself with. Rather devoted to Latios and Latias, her closest friends, she would put herself in danger for them.

She seems like a normal girl at first, but she's a little secluded from most people, doesn't have too many friends her age. Although she can be social and friendly when she has enough trust in someone, also rather passionate about art and statues. Loves Latios and Latias with all her heart.

Bianca grew up in the city of water with her grandfather, Lorenzo. She loved swiming ever since she was a little girl, so much so she had once ventured out into the deep ocean alone for a swim...terrible idea. She nearly drowned to her death. But thankfully, was saved by Latias and Latios. But Latios was injured by a large wave in a storm, and she had to treat his wound at her home. Her actions earned their trust, and they remained together for years. Her grandfather Lorenzo even made a secret room under their house to keep them out of the public safely. However, one day they suddenly vanished from the house, without a single word. Bianca wanted to look for them, but her grandfather refused to let her. So she left her home in secret, to find Latios and Latias. To find out why they left...
