These two are somewhat the anti-Jessie and James. They're almost everything they're not; competent. They're rather cool and collective in missions, but...
Cassidy is argogant and vain, and extremely hot headed. In contrast, Butch is usually quiet and calm...aside when people are getting his name wrong, in which case he shows himself to have just as much a temper. Both are extremely clever, and though excellent battlers, would prefer to use more subtle methods of achieving their goals.
Likes:
They like plans coming together, and being bosses of whatever mission they do and if they lead a team. And they love stealing rare Pokemon.

Cassidy and Butch were once the stars of Team Rocket, top agents who had never been defeated, never been caught. These two took TR academy, rivaling Jessie and James there. They succeeded better, earning higher ranks than Jessie and James. Since then, they been going on missions, getting such praises from their peers, while mocking Jessie and James.
