For someone who's son of the famous Coordinator, Diamond isn't quite graceful, nor intelligent-looking. Diamond is often apathetic and rarely not seen eating - even in dire situations. He's a bit lazy and laid-back, not much in the mood to socialize or go out. He's just too passive and doesn't like confrontation or competition. However, despite all that, he's very prescriptive; seeing logic no one else, like Pearl, could. But alas, he's too shy and keeps it all to himself.

Too much tense moments, naggers, Pearl being so bossy

History:
Lucas is son of the famous Pokemon Coordinator, Johanna. However, he doesn't follow her footsteps...or anyone else. For some reason, he prefers to just stay at home and eat. Lucky he has at least one friend who forces him to go out and have adventures.
One day, his friend may plan on finally becoming a trainer, and force Dia to do the same. He would be out-numbered, for his mother would agree to have him be a trainer and see the world. Maybe then, he'll be more sociable.
Of course Lucas would be very hesitant, but there was one person he would do anything for. Sadly, she hardly knows him, and perhaps, that's the reason for becoming a trainer.
