Cyrus is without emotion, so he forgotten most of humanity and the joys of it. His ambitions can blind him to what could lead him to failure or death. However, when he does get emotional, he goes insane... out of joy or anger...
Personality:
The man is one who left emotion behind. He's like a soulless robot, like he somehow ripped out his emotions with conventional means. Nearly any thing that seems trouble to his goal sometimes intrigues him. But then again, it takes sheer irritable means to bring out his buried emotions.
Once his emotions are exposed, it is a tidal wave of either joy, sorrow or hatred... if it is hated, then no one is safe...

History:
Team Galactic... a mysterious group of weirdos dressed in spaceman costumes. They came out of nowhere, appearing in places before vanishing. No damage done, thus no one sees them as a threat...
Thus, no one knows that Team Galactic is just binding their time on the true plans of their boss...
Cyrus, a cold emotionless man, runs Team Galactic in secret while posing as a businessman. With a great boredom and hatred for the current Pokemon world, he decided that humanity and everything about it is imperfect.
He sealed away his own emotions and stared to find how to recreate the universe to his own perfect world.
That was when he discovered that there are two God Dragon Pokemon that can control Time and Space...and they can fix everything. However, he soon realises that they won't do what he wants... so, he'll make them... somehow.
As a businessman and scientist, Cyrus soon discovered that the Pokeballs and it's variants is not the best solution as they'll just seal away the power to make sure they won't be abused.
This didn't faze him as he and Team Galactic continued to find the solution... it is time comsuming, but it'll be worth it...
And it's coming closer...
