He gets too confident in his battles against trainers who he sees as weak, he overplans everything and gets rattled easily when a spanner hits his plans, a bit of an ego in intellegence where he considers himself second best... Cyrus the first.

Calm, calculating, intellegent... Saturn considers himself second-in-command after Cyrus once said good work to him. Loyal to Team Galactic, mocking to opponents he sees weak, respectiful to those who gain his respect in difficult and tough Pokemon battles that he wins or loses and gets annoyed at Mars' lovey-dovey fawning over Cyrus.
When it comes to battles, he would either enjoy it if it gets good or just ends it now if he sees the opponent weak. That is in his free time... if it's against someone trying to stop Galactic... then, he'll do anything in his battles to win or hold the opponent off.

Saturn is one of the Three Commanders, second-in-commanders of Team Galactic. His task was to keep the Grunts on tasks while researching their mission and collecting funds.
There are times where he would go out to check on other Galactic Grunts on the progress. He would disguise himself as a normal trainer to battle and gain information.
He's also a bit of a scientist where he invents devices to increase their progress. One includes a device that would cheat evolution.
Saturn believes in Cyrus, though knowing Cyrus' real plan or not is unknown. He'll do anything for him...
And he believes no one will stand in their way... but, is he right or wrong...?
