Roxanne's got a very serious personality when it comes to Pokemon. She tends to care about her students a lot, so she gives off a bit of a big sisterly vibe from time to time. She's always very happy to learn more about Pokemon, and is always eager to teach other people who are willing to learn. Very responsible with her duties. Very respectful toward other Gym Leaders and important figures in the Pokemon world.

Roxanne grew up in Rustboro, put through the school as a model student. She was dedicated to learning as much as she could about Pokemon, this passion helped her accelerate through her studies and make it to the top of her class. Years later, she was recommended as a Gym Leader. She took that honor with pride, and became Rustboro's Gym Leader. Rustboro's Gym also runs as a school, so when she isn't battling new trainers for Gym Badges, she's teaching students how to be skilled trainers as well.
