Outside the Pokemon Center, a man by a small clothed table was excitedly shouting something that got some trainers around him. "Here-ye, here-ye!! The poke-lotto is about to begin!!" he cried, rotating a crane that rolled a lottery jar. "I pull out a ticket that has a Pokemon, and whoever has said Pokemon gets a free Rare Candy."
