Its unknown her life before being part of Team Rocket, but she was a member since a very young age, train to be an excellent fighter and agent, her training even included not to use pokemon, instead she uses crafty skills such as stealth, information gathering and being a mole.
The her 'sensei' was also the leader of Team Rocket, he saw potential in the girl and pushed her hard, eventually he grew fond of her. On the side, there was another child, though not really a member yet, she had a form of rivalry with this boy until he vanished.
With Team Rocket having plans getting started, Domino have been assign with missions, and she'll proudly have them full filled.
