Cerulean City
"The Floral Lagoon City"

Cerulean City a seaside city located in northern Kanto. It is situated near a sea inlet and beach to the north, with Saffron City to the south, and Mt. Moon to the west. Somewhere in the northwest, beside the river, lies a small town called Crimson Town.

But truly, this city is homed of the Gym Leader, Misty....or at least it was. She has gone off for her own journey. So the gym is left under the care of her three older sisters...



Violet, Daisy, and Lily
Daisy, Lily, and Violet, or as they call themselves, the Sensational Sister. The gym is not only a Pokemon Gym, but also a aquarium that houses a verity of water Pokemon from different regions, which is pretty much a target for a certain villainous group. This place is also a water show, where the sisters perform water ballets.

However, these three have other concerns, wither lazy or not, and are not rather serious in gym battles. Although Vilet (the blue-haired girl) is more likely to battle, as she's always around the pool, but even she has distractions of her own to leave her duty. But these three, like Misty, uses water Pokemon that evolve from a Water Stone.

Daisy

Daisy, the eldest of the trio. She's the manager of the gym/aquarium, and tries to hold herself responsible and mature (the key-word: TRIES). But truly, she's still air-headed and has a Valley-girl accent. She uses Poliwhirl and Poliwrath, though she also has a Starmie...which she lent it to Misty for now.

She's arguably the toughest of the trio.

Violet

The youngest of the trio (well Misty is the youngest). Violet is always peppy and full of energy. She never has a reason to be happy, she's just is, and always have something to talk about...wither you like it or not. Her Pokemon is also a grass-mix, making grass and electric attacks a bit obsolete.

Lily

The mid-eldest of the trio, and cynical one. Lily is pretty much the opposite of Violet, as she's a little anti-social. She rather stay isolated in her room than battle, reading books, and she's always at odds with Daisy, making Violet the peace-keeper. Although her Pokemon is ice mixed, Lily is perhaps the weakest of the trio.

Route 4
A road between Mt. Moon and Cerulean City, but this road can be led from Route 3, and can also cross to Route 24 to head to Crimson City or the Cerulean Cape. There's not much impressive Pokemon, but all the interesting ones are found near the river that runs between Route 4 and 24, separating Crimson and Cerulean City. In the river, you can find a verity of Water Pokemon.


You would need at least three battles to move on to the next area.

Nugget Bridge

A rather long bridge, over the river, between Cerulean City and Route 24. Most of the time, there are these bikers that would try to obstruct you from the bridge, unless you pay their fee. If you accept their challenge, you must battle five of them before facing the leader.

After that, on the left would be Crimson Town, the right, routes 24 and 25, leading to Cerulean Cape.

Crimson Town
"Proud Ancient Tradition."

This small town is built beside the river, as some people uses boats to get around, and even go out to fish in a small lake, ahead. This place also guards the legendary Cerulean Cave, where they only let the Champion enter. They believe of some ancient curse that plagues non-champions, but outsiders say it's just an fib to keep people out.

Anywho, this town has its own gym, led by...

Zora Fisher

She utilizes Fighting-type Pokemon. HOWEVER, before she battles you, she test the trainer him/herself. Using her Medicham, both she and the trainer goes into astral projection into the field, gaining any one of the worlds' martial art styles, so the trainer gets to fight.

Yes, YOU fight the gym leader, no Pokemon.

The trainer is one with his/her most bonded Pokemon with the highest Happiness, and the trainer gains that Pokemon's stats.

If you wins against Zora, all your Pokemon levels up. Then the real battle starts.

Cerulean Cape

At the end of Route 24 lies the cape of the land; a beach. Many folks like to come here to relax after a long work of whatever they do. But some trainers like to come here to catch some exotic Water Pokemon. Be careful of swimming in the ocean, though. Rumors has it that there's a dangerous shark lurking there.
