Even torturing Pokemon, and altering their very essence. Ruthless, even toward children. He won't stop until he's at the very top of the world.

Not much is known about Giovanni, he appeared out of nowhere, a very powerful trainer, and climbed his way to the top of the Gym Leader chain when he established the Viridian Gym. But that's just a front for the public. Behind the scenes, Giovanni runs the largest criminal organization in the world: Team Rocket. Fell in love with an unknown woman, he had a son. Which he left in Johto to focus on his plans. With his money, powerful Pokemon, and his legions of loyal henchmen, he's been taking Kanto by storm. Recently interested in the Johto region, he dispatched a large group to establish control over there too. Also interested in cloning...
