To take step into an unfamiliar place, it can be scary, but at the same time exciting. Sometime its like stepping to a new world, which is how the young child felt when she stepped into the city. Trees weren't as huge as in the forest, and they were fewer, and instead were giant house that pierced the sky.  "Wow, how many people live there?" The girl, though in the attire she wore, it was easily to mistake her as a boy, gasped as she walked down the street. |

 He felt like such a clown, as everyone just stared at the soaked boy. It was bad enough that catching not a single Pokemon humiliated him, but he had to walk into town all soak and wet. Well...he just need to head to the Pokemon Center to change and dry his clothes. As for Pikachu....well, the ungrateful rat was stuck in its poke-ball. It refused to work with him, which was something Ash couldn't put up with any longer. The sooner he catches a Pokemon, he's just going to dump Pikachu in a storage box. He's not going to work with a rodent that likes to fry him every second. |

 She hummed as she walked into town, holding two Pokemon... her first Pokemon, Bulbasaur and a cutey, caring Shinx... she couldn't be more happier! Nothing can spoil her mood... |

 "Why certainly," a pinked haired nurse spoke, with all much sweetness. "That's what this place is here for." Placing down a tray with slots that seemed like an egg-tray, "Please place your poke-balls here."
"Oh shoot!" he hissed. He was only across the street from the center, and he can see his rival through its glass walls. No way he was gonna let Gary see him in his pathetic state. "...." Well, not like Pikachu needs any aid. He seemed fine when ran away from him. All Red needed was a place to change and dry his clothes...even if it'll cost him. So, he just walked down the road. |

"Hey," he groaned, without even noticing Green. But it did took a tap on the shoulder for Red to noticed the straw-hat boy. "Um...well, I don't know much about this town myself, except where the Pokemon Center is." He usually goes with his mother, whenever they go to Viridian, by taking the bus. She also kept a Mr. Mime, just in case. But they don't really go anywhere much, except the groceries, and the Pokemon Center when Ash begs his mother to take him there. Right now, he just wanted to get out of these wet clothes. Though it was strange this kid picked him to be his guide...a boy who's wet as a sponge.
"Well...we have our Viridian Gym...but the gym leader is barely there. Besides, he doesn't have a low-class program; he always uses his best Pokemon." |
