"Umm..." she rather not get into what Green was talking about. Thankfully, the 'boy' spoke a question she knew. "Oh well, you see, it emits a certain energy wave within the dome that's similar to the properties of ether and potions and..." And she went on about the technological details. Walking back into the lobby, with dry clothes and shoes, Red was well from his anger. All he needed was to catch a Pokemon, and he won't need Pikachu. He'll be well on his way at a trainer. "Kay, Yellow. I'm gonna head on out....um...which way you think I should go?"

"Now... what to do..." She hummed, leaning on the counter. She glanced at Nurse Joy. "Ma'am... is there an ideal way of training my two Pokemon...?"

"Oh well, we have a battle club here in Viridian. In fact, it's the only battle club in Kanto, ever. You can train your Pokemon there." Darn! I need some actual Pokemon before heading there. "And Viridian Forest is where you have to go through to get to Pewter City. But I wouldn't bother trying to capture Pokemon in route 2. Police are all over the area, investigating something." "Like what?" "I don't know." she shrugged. Aw man! Oh well...maybe Viridian Forest has something better. "Okay! Thanks." And he walked out through the doors.

Seeing Red leave, she turned to the nurse and bowed, "Thank you for explaining how the machine works, bye!" Running out, she met up with the boy, "Hey Red, wait up! Since I live in Viridian Forest, I can show you around since you showed me around the city! Sides, I don't think I can go further south without a pokemon that knows how to swim."

Oh yeah...past Pallet Town is the ocean. He always wondered what lies beyond it. "Uh sure. I can use a guide." And off he went down the road. Excitement returning to his veins, for he couldn't wait to capture a Pokemon...one that would LISTEN to him.

Watching them leave, she looked at Nurse Joy. "I'm a begginer, ma'am... would they allow me to take part in their Battle Club?"

"Oh why sure. There's a beginner course. It's pretty recommended for beginners to train their Pokemon. If you're able to win, you get a prize."

"All right! Thank you!" She said, walking out of the Pokemon Center and searched for the Battle Club...

Which she wouldn't have to go so far, for it was across the street; a rather simple building with a poke-ball sign over the front doors.

She grinned as she walked into the building. "Hello?"

The first thing she would see is two Pokemon on a battle court, locking eyes in combat. A little black dog... And a strange raccoon.

"Well... well..." She smirked, crossing her arms to watch the fight...

"TRET!!!" hurtling right for the dog like a cannonball, the raccoon rammed hard off the field. "Aw no!!" the young boy in the blue cap whined, chasing his fallen Pokemon. "Take your Pokemon to the healing chamber, boy!!" a rough voice called, belonging to... Grabbing the Poochyena, the boy hurried over to the healing chamber down across the field.

She walked down towards the man in a karate-like outfit. "Excuse me...?"
